For our client, an important NGO, we are looking for a temporary position, an HR Generalist specialized in Job descriptions

**Your mission**:

- Create or modifie complexe Job descriptions for a lot of different positions in the ONG ( more than 100 empoyees)
- Support the HR department for all the administrative tasks ( create/modifie new templates for the work certificates, personnal contratcs,)
- Help the Manager for HRIS implementation system ( project in progress)
- Various adminitrative & HR tasks

**Your profil**:

- Master degree in HR or equivalent
- 6-7 year's experience in a similar role for an NGO or multinational compagny
- Strong skills to create complexe Job descriptions
- English mother tongue and Fluent in french
- Very good knowledges in HR softwares ( HRIS or others)
- Personn with a good organisation, meticulous, efficient and with a good empathie
- Avalaible ASAP and for 6 months minimum
