Assistant Store Manager & Sales

Zur Verstärkung unseres Specialized Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine selbstständige und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Retail Management sowie Leidenschaft für die Bike Branche.

Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem analytischen, selbstständigen und leidenschaftlichen Assistant Store Manager & Sales Assistant, der bereit ist, zu unserer Mission beizutragen, unseren Ridern und Händlern das beste Produkt und Markenerlebnis zu bieten.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- Hoher qualitativer Anspruch an die eigene Verkaufs
- und Serviceberatung
- Ausgezeichnete Praxiskenntnisse bei Fahrrädern und dem entsprechenden Zubehör
- Wahrnehmen einer Vorbildrolle für das Verkaufsteam und Führung des Verkaufsteams
- Personalrekrutierung und Personaleinsatzplanung
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von neuen sowie bestehenden Partnerschaften
- Umsetzung von strategischen Zielsetzungen
- Aktive Vernetzung und Vermittlung zu internen Schnittstellen
- Monitoring und Reporting relevanter Kennzahlen der Verkaufsfläche
- Du strebst kontinuierlich danach, die Erwartungen zu übertreffen und den Umsatz zu steigern
- Unterstützung bei der Produkt
- und Verkaufsschulung für die MitarbeiterInnen
- Einhaltung der CI-Richtlinien des Unternehmens
- Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheitsstandards

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, als Detailhandelsfachmann/-frau in der Sportbranche oder als Velo-/Fahrradmechaniker.in von Vorteil
- Relevante Führungserfahrung im Einzelhandel
- Kundenorientiertes Arbeiten
- Teamplayer, Identifikation mit unserer Firmenphilosophie
- Keine Scheu vor Verantwortung und eine "Hands On" Mentalität
- Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse ein Muss, gute Englischkenntnisse erwünscht
- Bereitschaft für Samstagsarbeit und ein hohes Mass an EIgenständigkeit
- Affinität für digitale Tools von Vorteil (MS Office Kenntnisse erwartet, Citrus Lime POS Erfahrung von Vorteil)
- Aktiver Radfahrer mit einer großen Leidenschaft für den Sport ist ein Plus
