**Your field of responsibility**

Primary responsibility is to be a committed partner across WM CCOEurope & Private Banking International (PBI) with the objective of improving the overall effectiveness of the control framework by preventing a violation of laws and regulations. Furthermore, CCO Oversight & Execution & SRs is expected to pro-actively support WM CCO Europe & PBI in maintaining an independent oversight and control across a variety of business activities involving WM business areas Europe & PBI. As part of the SR area of accountability, it is expected that CCO Oversight & Execution & SRs oversees the uniform implementation of SR Policy across all SR constellations booked in WM division, globally. This role therefore offers high visibility & exposure to multiple stakeholders, globally.

More specifically CCO Oversight & Execution & SRs duties include:

- Lead and coordinate strategic Compliance initiatives and Reg. Change management topics involving WM business areas Europe & PBI.
- Monitor completion and assess effectiveness of the Compliance Monitoring & Testing Plans across WM business areas Europe & PBI, to ensure they are “fit for purpose” and aligned with the business areas top Compliance risks.
- Monitor compliance of coverage Compliance teams with CS Issue and Incident Management Policy.
- Responsible for reporting of Compliance KRIs to Management Committees at the Divisional and Group CCO level.
- Lead the coordination of key Compliance Policy revisions for the coverage Compliance teams for WM business areas Europe & PBI.
- Lead the coordination and delivery of the Annual Compliance Risk Assessment for WM business areas Europe & PBI.
- Lead the coordination of Annual Compliance Training Plans for coverage Compliance teams for WM business areas Europe & PBI.
- Responsibility to ensure uniform implementation of SR Policy across all SR constellations booked in WM division.

**Your skills and experience**

You bring the following skills:

- a University degree in law / business administration or similar
- preferably minimum 10 years’ experience in the financial industry or consulting, ideally in the area of Compliance initiatives and Reg. Change management and Policies.
- experience in leading mid-sized teams
- flexible and open mindset
- excellent written and oral language skills in English, other languages are a plus
- independent, exact and goal oriented working style to contribute to the team’s success
- good analytical skills with a risk and process oriented thinking
