For our client, a medium-sized, highly diversified and dynamic organization, whose Headquarters are in the Yverdon region, and reporting to an international group, we are seeking a Financial Controller.

**Your activities with your future employer**
- Preparation of monthly reports and management reports; analysis of results and presentation to management
- Control of accounting figures
- Preparation of inter-departmental expense allocation documents
- Implementation of tools to meet shareholder needs
- Preparation of monthly portfolios for shareholders
- Preparation of budgets and rolling forecasts with various departments
- Responding to queries from group controllers
- Preparation of investment files and monitoring
- Calculation of costs for various activities
- Support to management in decision-making
- Proposal of optimizations in workflows, personnel utilization, and identification of growth opportunities
- Proactive development of financial tracking tools
- With the finance department, maintenance and optimization of the internal control system
- Participation in or management of finance related projects

- Knowledge of IFRS
- Comfortable in understanding processes and flows
- Strong analytical orientation with good coordination skills
- Proficient with computer tools, especially Excel
- Comfortable with both management and administrative and operational staff
- Very good level of English, German is an asset
