**What does the role involve?**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the entire production process for new product lines, from the initial idea to implementation. You will be the driving force behind developing production concepts, manufacturing; evaluating prototypes, and ensuring seamless execution. Working with multi-disciplinary teams, you will leverage our extensive network of internal and external partners to develop cutting-edge production technologies for future direct fastening consumables. Your expertise will be crucial in improving existing state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, such as forming and highly automated assembly processes, while working closely with product development to enhance related products. **What you need is**:

- University degree (M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering or comparable discipline
- First experience in technical project management and/or process development and/or lean management
- Hands-on mentality, a passion for innovation and an analytical mindset
- Fluent in English and German
- Readiness to travel about 10%
