Bei unserem Partner arbeiten zurzeit ca. 200 Softwareentwickler. Sie entwickeln den eigenen Onlineshop sowie das massgeschneiderte ERP-System. Dazu kommt eine interne Grafik
- und Marketingabteilung mit mehr als 80 Personen und eigener Redaktion. Bei unserm gibt es jede Menge Jobs, die man in dieser Form nicht erwarten würde.

**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Als Product Owner des Platform Teams prägst du die Grundlagen für unser Netzwerk und unsere Clouds.
- Von einer Vielzahl von Stakeholdern verteilt über die ganze Firma holst du regelmässig Feedback ab und diskutierst weitere Verbesserungsmassnahmen.
- Anhand von datengestützten Entscheiden priorisierst du die Verbesserungsideen und bringst sie gemeinsam mit deinem Entwicklungsteam in agilen Projekten zur Umsetzung.
- Wenn du neben Konzept
- und Planungsarbeit auch Bock hast, selbst Lösungen umzusetzen - go for it.
- Mit deinem analytischen Denken und deiner schnellen Auffassungsgabe arbeitest du dich laufend in neue Themen ein.
- Du führst keine Mitarbeitenden direkt, aber mit deinem visionären und produktorientierten Mindset prägst du die Kultur im Team, der Entwicklungsabteilung und der gesamten Firma.

**Deine Skills**:

- Neben einer höheren Fachausbildung (ETH/UNI/FH) verfügst du über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Rolle als (technischer) Product Owner / Projektleiter.
- Du bist fit in den Themen Netzwerk, Network Security, VPN, Zero Trust, Infrastructure as Code, Azure und Google Cloud Platform.
- Du kannst technische Sachverhalte publikumsgerecht vermitteln, hast Überzeugungsvermögen und bringst ein gutes Gespür für die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdergruppen mit.
- Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch.
