Basel, Schweiz Jet Aviation Vollzeit

As the Completion Program Director of Jet Aviation you will be responsible for VIP Aircraft completions programs with a revenue greater than 25M USD. You will coach a core team of up to 10 members across the program life cycle. You must take a quantitative approach to risk management, monitoring financial performance & reporting to executive leadership. As Jet Aviation’s Completion Program Director you will be collaborating closely with various stakeholders throughout the company to ensure that MRO portfolios are globally aligned and executed effectively.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Plan, monitor and manage projects from start to completion; secure required resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes
- Manage projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs
- Execute stakeholder management strategy, including being the internal voice of the customer
- Maintain full profit and loss responsibility for a completion program exceeding 25M USD
- Coach a core team through complex issues, provide developmental guidance where necessary
- Own the negotiation strategy throughout the program
- Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Strong track-record in managing VIP completions, MRO, or RMU programs in a global matrixed organization
- In depthunderstanding of the aerospace industry, OEMs, and the regulatory framework
- Highly sophisticated understanding ofprogram and project management; PMP required (condition of employment)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and 8 years applicable leadership experience or Masters degree from an accredited university and 5 years applicable leadership experience or 15 years applicable experience ( including 10 years applicable leadership)
