- Wir suchen nach einer erfahrenen Person im Bereich Datenanalyse, die sich bei der Transformation der Finanzmärkte in eine nachhaltigere Zukunft aktiv einbringt. Dabei bist du Teil von unserem ESG Strategie und Business Development-Team im Bereich Asset Management. Hilf uns die riesigen und verborgenen Mengen an Nachhaltigkeitsdaten und -informationen zu entdecken, damit wir noch passendere Entscheidungen treffen und unseren Kund:innen noch bessere Produkte liefern können.

Deine Aufgaben - mehr gestalten
- Forschung und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Strategien
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung und Automatisierung der Nachhaltigkeitsforschung
- Datengewinnung mit modernsten Methoden
- Verbesserung der Datenerhebungsverfahren zur Aufnahme von Informationen, die für den Aufbau von Analysesystemen relevant sind
- Verarbeitung, Bereinigung und Überprüfung der Integrität der für die Analyse verwendeten Daten
- Durchführen von Ad-hoc-Analysen und übersichtliches Präsentieren der Ergebnisse
- Erstellung automatischer Systeme zur Aufdeckung von Abweichungen und ständige Überwachung der Ergebnisse

Dein Profil - mehr mitbringen
- Gute theoretische Kenntnisse und angewandte Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Statistik und quantitative Finanzen, z. B. Wahrscheinlichkeitstheorie, statistische Tests, maschinelles Lernen, Analyse von Finanzrisiken und -erträgen usw.
- Berufserfahrung in Programmierung (Python und C# sind von Vorteil) und Datenbankmanagement (SQL, T-SQL)
- Arbeitserfahrung mit Visualisierungsframeworks, wie Dash/Plotly, Power BI oder Grafana sind von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse der nachhaltigen Finanzbranche und der entsprechenden Datenquellen und -anbieter sind von Vorteil
- Interesse an Nachhaltigkeitsthemen und deren Grundlagen
