Deine Aufgaben - mehr gestalten
- Du trittst als Partner:in an der Seite der Leiterin Development & Relationship Management auf und unterstützt sowie entlastet sie vollumfänglich im Tagesgeschäft, in der Betreuung von einem spannenden Kundenportfolio an Private Label Fonds Kunden
- Du bist als zentrale Anlaufstelle mitverantwortlich für eine zeitgerechte und qualitativ hochstehende Erledigung sämtlicher Anliegen unserer internen und externen Kunden
- Du unterstützt die Bereichsleiterin in der Beantwortung und Koordination von Offertanfragen zu den Fondsleitungsdienstleistungen
- Du arbeitest in unterschiedlichen Projekten mit, u.a. Onboarding von Neukunden, Aufsetzen von neuen Fondslösungen oder Produktmassnahmen bei bestehenden Kunden
- Du erstellst und aktualisierst PowerPoint-Präsentationen und Reporting-Unterlagen
- Du konzipierst und beschaffst Kundengeschenke und Promotionsmaterial
- Du unterstützt die Leiterin Development & Relationship Management in der Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs

Dein Profil - mehr mitbringen
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, Abschluss an einer Fachhochschule oder gleichwertige Ausbildung von Vorteil
- Mindestens fünf Jahre relevante Erfahrung bei einer Fondsleitung, einem Asset Manager oder einer vergleichbaren Institution
- Serviceorientierte, belastbare Persönlichkeit mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Selbständige, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikativ, teamfähig und offen für Neues
- Sehr gute Skills im Umgang mit MS-Office, insbesondere PowerPoint / Excel
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt, zusätzliche Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
