**Internship - Artwork & Packaging Assistant**

**JOB POSITION**

The Artwork & Packaging Assistant will support the Marketing Department and more specifically the
Packaging Division. The Artwork & Packaging Assistant will be mainly in charge of coordinating the
Artworks changes and creation for the company and its customers.

The Artwork & Packaging Assistant will mainly help with the following tasks and duties:

- Handle and execute the artwork and packaging process including development and change of printed components, i.e. from the brief definition to the commercialization
- Coordinate product change and launch for text and design, in order to match regulatory requirements and supply planning
- Review and coordinate the Artwork Requests between the affiliates/clients and the manufacturers
- Coordinate and ensure consistent follow-up and on-going communication with various internal

Departments (Regulatory affairs, Quality and Supply Chain) as well as with the external artwork suppliers.
- Comply with internal procedures and workflows, and ensure GMP compliance
- Handle graphic costs & packaging components destruction’s costs

**EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS**
- University Degree (completed or ongoing)
- Pharmaceutical experience a plus
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Strong attention to details
- Able to follow-up multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and to set priorities,
- Good communication with ability to work with internal and external cross functional teams
- Good level of English required
- IT knowledge (Office 365)
