Mechanical Inspector

Overview:
** Quality Inspector **

**€35 per hour**

The support will include:

- Visual inspection
- Dimensional inspection, using hand measurement equipment
- Review completeness of manufacturing documentation (e.g. CofCs, routers, etc.)
- Hardness testing
- Document inspection, preparing non-conformance reports as necessary
- Update customer systems

Experience requirements:

- Demonstrate evidence of more than 2-years in the last 5-years of aerospace experience and poses experience of working within an engineering environment for a minimum of 3 years.
- Demonstrate knowledge of interpreting engineering drawings, CMM data, digital product definition interpretation
- Demonstrate knowledge of geometric, dimensioning and tolerance
- Demonstrate evidence of product specific knowledge and experience in detailed parts, sheet metal parts, surface treatment and ideally, structural assemblies.
- Knowledge / experience of AS9100 and AS9102 standards highly advantageous
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Willing to be based out of Emmen, Switzerland for up to 6 months (expenses paid)
