**Position Purpose**

The RGM director is accountable for the end-to-end RGM process and results, establishing the RGM rhythm to ensure the commercial team is constantly finding and executing RGM opportunities. This person is also responsible for supporting the marketing team to establish the pricing strategy and to properly manage our portfolio to maximize gross profit and top line results; this includes maintaining the RGM toolkit, working on the embedment of RGM into the day to day decision making process and provide reporting and updates to the commercial team on progress, corrective actions and new opportunities.

Additional to the RGM levers, this position leads the TPM/TPO implementation to major EMEA markets, ensuring its smooth deployment and capturing the business benefits.

- **Define the RGM toolkit, ensuring tools are continuously reviewed and evolved to maximise effectiveness.**
- Own the EMEA RGM toolkit focusing on continuous improvements and enhancements.
- Drive engagement with the tools through building awareness and strengthening capabilities.
- Ensure top-down engagement in critical RGM KPIs.
- **Embedding RGM - define the blueprint for how RGM processes should be delivered to ensure continuous review of opportunities to optimise plans and execution.**
- Shape the blueprint and work with markets to tailor to local needs and processes.
- Define what KPIs should be reviewed, when and by whom within each market to deliver optimal outcomes.
- **Define the priority support areas for EMEA RGM and lead the workstreams in partnership with the local market teams**
- Define the RGM market support implementation plan for EMEA, prioritising the brands & markets with the biggest impact for the region.
- Lead and coordinate multiple market roll-outs in parallel and ensure implementation and track the impact generation through the identified RGM initiatives.
- Drive insights generation and utilize the data to make pro-active proposals for market consideration.
- Help markets to shape commercially viable strategies driven by consumer insights and focused on driving joint value creation for the company, customer and consumer.
- Shape the RGM initiative roadmap design and implementation status for local teams to execute.
- Support teams to move from plan to implementation by connecting with internal partners and demonstrating key processes to bring ideas to reality.
- **Coach in-market teams, supporting capability building, to ensure smooth local RGM roll-out**
- Coach local cross-functional teams on RGM tools and processes and provide structured and dedicated RGM capability sessions by coaching, mentoring and shadowing.
- Advisory and challenger role; able to encourage broad thinking and challenge the status quo; Challenge thinking to higher levels with outside-in perspective.
- **Coordinate, constantly improve, and distribute the RGM workshops tools and playbook**
- Lead the EMEA RGM methodology, keep it evolving by reflecting new trends, data availability, market specific needs and demands.
- Share best-practice and findings across markets.
- **Build RGM capabilities across EMEA and drive the RGM agenda forward**
- Develop and deliver training materials to upskill teams within EMEA.

- Ensure SOW and Blueprints are developed and adhered to, ensuring mínimal deviation from regional templates.- Ensure supplier provides adequate and consistent resources.- Oversee GAP process and ensure implementation of GAPs within budget.- Participate in supplier Governance process.
- Stakeholder management
- Maintain alignment with other ongoing projects such as Anaplan deployment by SC.
- Provide visibility to senior stakeholders of project progress, enlisting support to remove barriers.
- Identify synergies of e.g. baseline derivation.
