- Sie sind für die Sicherstellung eines professionellen und zeitgerechten Human Resource Management verantwortlich
- Des Weiteren fungieren Sie als Ansprechperson für die Geschäftsleitung und Mitarbeitenden bei HR relevanten Belangen
- In Ihrer Funktion sind Sie für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der HR-Strategien verantwortlich
- Sie unterstützen das Team im gesamten HR-Lifecycle, inklusive Rekrutierungsprozesse und Lohnwesen

- Sie verfügen über einen betriebswirtschaftlichen (Fach-)Hochschulabschluss oder über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Darüber hinaus weisen Sie langjährige Berufserfahrung aus einer äquivalenten Funktion vor
- Ihre Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift, sehr gute Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
- Sie besitzen eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe beim Erlernen von neuen IT-Tools und zeichnen sich durch Ihre positiven Grundhaltung aus
