We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our small but rapidly growing technology company based in Switzerland. In your role you will be reporting directly to the CFO and play a vital part ensuring the company's workforce operates smoothly. You will support both employees and the overall business objectives giving you the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's human capital. Our staff is spread across four continents, with many working remotely.
Your ability to establish and maintain good personal contact with all staff, effectively communicate in German and English and solve problems will be essential in being successfully in this role.
The position is based in Oetwil am See (Zurich), Switzerland.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent.

Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and career development.

Manage the compensation and benefits programs, by supporting the Management team in performance and salary reviews, as well as providing compensation data.

Manage employee records and HR details to ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data.

Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives and foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.

Develop and execute policies, and procedures to support the overall business objectives.

Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations and keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, preferably in a small to mid-sized technology company.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, in English and German, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with employees at all levels.

Can-do attitude with sound problem-solving and decision-making skills.
