Conception - Carouge - Télétravail hybride

Dans le cadre de l'agrandissement de notre équipe de conception, nous cherchons notre futur UX/I Designer

Nous répondons généralement sous **deux semaines**

**Parlons de toi et de tes skills**
- Tu as déjà une certaine expérience dans la conception de solutions numériques (+4ans)
- Tu es capable de concevoir de nouvelles fonctionnalités sur un produit existant ou un tout nouveau produit en usant des meilleures pratiques basées sur l'utilisateur
- Tu parles français, anglais un plus
- Tu es un-e passionné-e des nouvelles technologies mais tu gardes les pieds sur terre
- Tu te reconnais dans les valeurs que nous mettons en avant (sur-mesure, engagement sociétal et écologique)
- Tu aimes apprendre de nouvelles choses, évoluer et faire évoluer tes collègues
- Tu aimes travailler en équipe
- Tu t'es divorcé-e de Sketch pour vivre ta plus belle histoire d'amour avec Figma il y a plus d'un an
- Tu aimes autant les crayons, le papier et les tableaux blancs que les logiciels de design pour concevoir tes interfaces
- Tu aimes participer activement à des ateliers de design
- Tu sais présenter ton travail avec ce petit rien qui fait toute la différence
- Tu aides les Products Owners à livrer et les développeurs à programmer les meilleurs produits
- Tu as déjà participé à la création de Design System
- Tu fais preuve d'initiative, tu es autonome et de bonne humeur.
