Batch Operator

**Responsabilities**:
As a Batch Operator you ensure the information system stability and you ensure escalation and incident qualification, control documentation and the required updates. You assist in defining or enhancing recovery procedures incidents. You use main monitoring console and tools. Moreover, you coordinate all batches activities to ensure the best quality and ensure timings. You adapt documented instructions based on events and business impacts, you ensure an updated documentation. You also ensure documentation is applied and actions mare are in sync with business constraints. You raise and qualify incidents and you contribute to incident resolution. You participate and support test efforts. You communicate issues and improvements required. You interact with helpdesk L1/L2/L3.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor in IT
- Experience in a similar position
- Experience in banking area
- Experience in test
- Excellent knowledge in UAT and Test
- Excellent knowledge in support L1/L2/L3
- French and English
