Hotel Accountant

Hosco Talent Search is recruiting on behalf of a International hotel chain for an Accountant to join the finance team.

The primary function of the Corporate Accountant is to provide financial, administrative and clerical services. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that finances are accurate, up to date and give a clear picture of the financial situation.

Be responsible for the billing of recharges and services rendered by liaising with different departments and accounts payable.
Calculate and reconcile monthly management fees, withholding tax, provision and interest.
Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar or from a top hotel school
Minimum 1-2 years accounting experience
Hospitality or service industry background is highly preferred
Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment:
English - fluent (official office language) German and/or French would be great

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts receivable practices
Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Ability to understand legal documents and transfer the information into accounting processes
Proficient in data entry and management
Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational, prioritizing and problem-solving skills Dynamism and ability to work under pressure
Strong analytical and accounting skills
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast
- paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
