Les contenus proposés par Impactmédias sont notamment éditoriaux, long form, landing page, réseaux sociaux, vidéos, etc.

Dans le cadre d’une évolution interne et afin de soutenir notre activité content marketing en pleine croissance, nous sommes à la recherche d’un-e Community Manager (50-60%).

Description du poste

**Vos missions**:
Intégré(e) à l’équipe content marketing et sous la responsabilité de la Social Media Manager, vous avez pour mission principale d’apporter votre expertise et d’accompagner ainsi les marques de nos clients dans leur stratégie réseaux sociaux.

**Vous avez les responsabilités suivantes**:
Participer ou concevoir les stratégies réseaux sociaux pour nos clients en coordination avec la Social Media Manager ;
Accompagner et former nos clients dans leur stratégie réseaux sociaux en apportant votre expertise technique : calendrier éditorial, formats spécifiques, rythmes de publications, plateformes (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok) ;
Participer aux rendez-vous avec les équipes commerciales pour présenter vos recommandations ;
Créer et diffuser des contenus adaptés aux différentes cibles pour augmenter à long terme la notoriété, l'engagement des clients et les ventes ;
Mener des tests A/B pertinents et optimiser continuellement les campagnes dans le but d'améliorer la notoriété et les indicateurs de performance ;
Etablir des rapports pertinents et faire des propositions d'optimisation proactives ;
Réaliser du benchmark afin de détecter de nouvelles tendances à proposer au marché.
Description du profil
Vous disposez d’une expérience réussie dans le community management de minimum 3 ans, idéalement au sein d’une agence ;
Expertise dans le domaine des réseaux sociaux ;
Maîtrise approfondie Business Manager de Facebook et LinkedIn ainsi que de bonnes connaissances en Google Analytics ainsi que les différentes plateformes et outils de médias sociaux (Instagram, TikTok) ;
**Maîtrise des campagnes Ads (Facebook et LinkedIn)**: lancement, ciblage, suivi, rectification le cas échéant, analyse ;
Compétences en gestion de projet ;
Production des reportings réseaux sociaux (suivi KPI, analyse, recommandations) ;
**Orientation client et qualités relationnelles**: capacité à s’adapter à différents interlocuteurs, écoute, communication adaptée, capacité à convaincre, à stimuler l'enthousiasme et la créativité pour trouver des solutions et atteindre les résultats ;
**Excellent niveau de français, anglais professionnel**:
