**Your main tasks**:

- Translate market trends, customer requirements, and user needs into product and service offerings
- Contribute to identifying future growth areas for Ypsomed Delivery Systems
- Structure and secure innovation partnerships with pharmaceutical companies and technology partners
- Conduct financial analysis and modelling to assess the financial impact of proposed initiatives and strategies
- Establish and formalize partnerships with innovation and technology partners to implement new products and service offerings
- Participate in relevant trade fairs, and network with customers and partners throughout the pharmaceutical supply chain

**Your profile**:

- Higher education in Business, Strategy, Engineering or Natural sciences
- Minimum of 2 years of experience (ideally within a strategy consultancy or internal strategy/Innovation team)
- Strategic thinking capabilities and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
- Strong analytical skills with a structured and creative approach to problem solving
- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment working on multiple and competing projects simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams across both technical and commercial disciplines
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
