**Architecte Workplace - 100%**

**Ta mission**:

- Participer à la définition de la stratégie de nos services clients autour du Modern Workplace
- Accompagner nos clients dans la transformation de leur infrastructure (analyse des besoins, conception, déploiement des solutions Modern Workplace)
- Être un soutien indéfectible pour les personnes exploitants les environnements sous gestion
- Encadrer et coordonner les phases d'implémentation et de déploiement de solutions Modern Workplace
- Conseiller et accompagner les équipes projet, les clients et utilisateurs finaux durant le cycle de vie des projets (exemple : animation ou création de workshops)
- S'assurer de la bonne gestion des processus et du cycle de vie du service et des assets liés, en collaboration avec les Service Owners (SO)
- Élaborer des offres et répondre à des appels d'offres publics et privés, en t'assurant de la qualité et de la compétitivité des propositions

**Ton rôle**:

- Développer et documenter les spécifications techniques, architectures, modèles de gouvernance et procédures d'exploitation pour tes projets
- Être le point de contact privilégié et référent sur ton périmètre auprès de tes collègues
- Avoir une vision orientée utilisateur et satisfaction client prononcée
- Faire de la veille technologique, connaître les tendances et bonnes pratiques liées à l'expérience utilisateur (Modern Workplace) et proposer de nouvelles stratégies en matière d'innovation

**Ton profil**:

- Tu as au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle en tant qu'ingénieur(e)
- Tu as un diplôme d'une HES ou d'une ET en informatique
- Tu as un fort esprit d'équipe et un sens aigu de la collaboration, avec d'excellentes capacités de communication et d'organisation
- Tu as un bagage technique solide sur l'environnement Microsoft 365 ainsi que Azure et tu es à l'aise avec ses dépendances lors de l'intégration (Cloud hybride / services réseau / service sécurité)
- Tu as une forte expérience avec des solutions de gestion du poste de travail, SCCM et / ou Intune n'ont plus de secrets pour toi
- Tu comprends les enjeux clients et disposes de connaissances globales en IT
- Tu es intéressé(e) par les solutions de mobilité (MDM) et ses concepts associés (ex: BYOD) et maîtrises les enjeux de sécurité autour de ces évolutions
- La qualité de tes livrables est irréprochable et tu es à l'aise en soutenance ou présentation

Ton lieu de travail principal sera au siège à Matran mais nous t'offrons aussi la possibilité de travailler sur nos autres sites comme Morges ou Martigny.
