- Gérer la section de Quality Control
- Maintenir et développer les outils de gestion de la section
- Améliorer les processus de contrôle qualité de l’entreprise
- Développer les méthodes, les outils et les flux de la section
- Conduire et gérer une équipe de 2 à 3 collaborateurs
- Contrôler les composants fabriqués et achetés
- Gérer les non-conformités et leurs suivis
- Assurer la calibration des instruments de mesure de l’entreprise

**Votre profil**:

- Formation de base en mécanique
- Formation certifiée dans le domaine de la qualité (TQ1 et TQ2 - idéalement TQ3; ou formation jugée équivalente)
- Expérience confirmée dans le management d’une équipe
- Bonnes connaissances de machines à mesurer 3D
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (environnement Windows, SAP = un atout)
- Maîtrise du français et bonnes connaissances de l’anglais indispensables - Allemand = un atout
- Connaissances des normes ISO (9001, 14001 et CE)
- Flexible, polyvalent et orienté Amélioration Continue
- Doté d’un fort leadership
- Créatif, proactif et attentif aux besoins des clients
- Méthodique, analytique et synthétique
