Technical Compliance Intern

**Tasks**:

- Support the team in administrative and organisational tasks related to certification of all Scott PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) including helmets, goggles, body protection, sport clothing, etc.
- Collect various documentation and compile products' technical files
- Coordinate the communication and follow-up on project progress with product managers, engineers, factories, and certification authorities
- Organise, track and analyse documentation, including test reports
- Coordinate compliance information made available to customers on the website (i.e. user manuals, declarations)
- Summarise and present concepts and results to a wide audience
- Help and coordinate various administrative tasks related to the above-mentioned procedures: organise, record, summarise meetings

**We offer**:

- 6 months Internship (paid) with the possibility of writing the students thesis after the internship is completed

**We expect**:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Sports Engineering or Sports Science, preferably with a background in outdoor sports
- Knowledge in biomechanics, testing and/or field test methods for sport equipment
- Ability to analyse and process data (knowledge in Python or Matlab is a plus)
- High affinity to work on various projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently, precisely and prioritize work accordingly
- Reliable and proactive team player
- Fluent in Business English, knowledge of any other language is an advantage
