**TRAVELLING DOG-NANNY REQUIRED FOR UHNW FAMILY BASED IN ZURICH**

**Location**: Zurich, Switzerland with travel

**Contract**: Full-Time, Permanent

**Salary**: Negotiable, DOE

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for a passionate and caring dog-lover to undertake a travelling role caring for the much-loved dogs of our ultra-high net worth client based in Zurich, Switzerland. Joining a team of existing dog-nannies, reporting into the Head Dog Nanny, you will work collaboratively in a shift pattern (including some evenings and weekends) to ensure the dogs receive the best possible care at all times. The dogs are show-dogs that regularly enter competitions, and therefore have strict routines for diets, medication, grooming and training - but there’s also plenty of time for walks and fun playtime.

Our clients are looking for a kind and caring Dog Nanny, who is calm, reserved and professional - a team player who can follow direction but is also able to work autonomously without supervision. Prior professional experience working with dogs would be hugely advantageous, as well as the ability to physically handle more than one medium-to-large dog at a time. Loyalty and confidentiality are key - our client is very private and so discretion is of the utmost importance.

Based in Zurich, Switzerland, you will be provided with a subsidized private apartment near or on the principal’s property. Regular travel throughout Europe will also be required as part of the role, so flexibility is important for this role.

All applicants must hold a valid EU passport to allow for easy relocation to Switzerland and travel throughout Europe, as well as a full driving license.

**DUTIES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Walking the dogs
- Preparation and serving of dog meals according to schedule
- Cleaning and grooming dogs
- Caring for dogs after medical treatment
- Cleaning of the dog area
- Organisation and taking care of all dog utensils
- Assistance and support in physiotherapy
- Travelling with the dogs when required

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:

- Experience in dealing with multiple dogs at any one time
- Flexibility (working evenings and weekends)
- Team-oriented personality
- Willingness to travel
- Loving and gentle handling of dogs
- Calm and professional
- Willingness to learn and comply with instructions
- Fluency in English (German language skills are an advantage, but not necessary)
- Ability to understand and respond to the needs of the dog
- Profound understanding of privacy and confidentiality
- Experience in dog grooming would be welcome but is not essential
- Confident and safe driver
- Right to live and work in the EU
- Excellent checkable references
