Boutique Manager

**Luxe Talent**, an International recruitment and selection agency specialised in Retail, Fashion and Luxury is looking for a **Boutique Manager** for **luxury beauty company**, in Zurich.

**Position Overview**:
As the Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and success of the Zurich boutique. You will lead a team of dedicated beauty consultants to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and fostering brand loyalty. This role requires a passion for luxury beauty products, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a team of beauty consultants to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
- Ensure the boutique maintains impeccable visual merchandising standards and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized product recommendations and expert advice.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with headquarters to ensure stock availability.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and performance management.
- Uphold the brand's values and standards of excellence at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail industry, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Passion for luxury beauty products and a keen eye for trends and innovation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and **Swiss-German** is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

**Salary**: CHF120’000.00 - CHF160’000.00 per year
