**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du leitest agile Entwicklungsprojekte und fokussierst dich dabei auf die strategische Ausrichtung.
- Du gewährleistest, dass Projektzeitpläne eingehalten werden und behältst die Budgetkontrolle im Blick.
- Du sorgst dafür, dass Qualitäts
- und regulatorische Standards eingehalten werden.
- Du betreust das agile Team intensiv während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus.
- Du trägst die Verantwortung als Product Owner und repräsentierst das Projekt innerhalb der Organisation.
- Du förderst aktiv kontinuierliche Verbesserungen der Prozesse, indem Du externe Partner und Lieferanten einbindest.

**Deine Skills**:

- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurswissenschaften wie Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Mechatronik oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung.
- Deine langjährige Expertise liegt in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Projekten, wobei du dich auf Embedded-Geräte spezialisiert hast - sowohl auf Hardware
- als auch auf Softwareebene.
- Du besitzt Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams.
- Dein fundiertes Wissen umfasst agile Methoden wie Scrum und SAFe.
- Deine Arbeitsweise spiegelt klar die Prinzipien agiler Entwicklung wider.
