**Responsibilities**:

- Development of strategic product management for isolators in the field of ATMP / cell and gene therapy processes
- Obtaining customer opinions for product improvements
- Monitoring of the product life cycle and market competitors
- Strategic product management and optimisation
- Supporting the project managers in Japan with international projects

Hardskills
- University education, for example in the field of pharmaceutical technology, process engineering or similar
- Interest in processes with ATMP, especially cell cultures and genetic engineering
- Interest in working with our subsidiary in Japan and ideally Japanese language skills or experience in a Japanese working environment
- Optionally, you have process knowledge in the field of aseptic pharmaceutical production and experience in GMP
- Several years of professional experience in a technical environment are required, ideally also in product management, project management or sales
- Business fluent in German and English

- Good networker inside and outside the company and a strong sales flair

- Open to travelling to our Japanese subsidiary on a regular basis (approx. 4 times per year)
