Für unseren Kunden eine international bekannte Unternehmung welche Zwischen-/ und/oder Endprodukte wie z.B Vitamine, Pharmazeutika, Stoffe für die kosmetische Industrie, Carotinoide, Folsäure und viele weitere hochwertige Produkte herstellt, suchen wir Sie als

**Ihr Einsatz**
- Lieferanten-/Produzenten-/Material-(Re-)Qualifizierung in Abstimmung mit dem Einkauf.
- Zusammenstellung und Bewertung von Lieferantenqualifikationsdokumenten.
- Entscheidung über die Freigabe oder Zurückweisung von Material auf dem Markt, um eine kontinuierliche Lieferkette zu gewährleisten.
- Untersuchung von Kundenreklamationen in Abstimmung mit den Lieferanten, Einleitung von Korrektur
- und Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen bei DNP und/oder auf Seiten der Lieferanten.
- Erstellung und Pflege von Produktrisikobewertungen.
- Einrichtung und Aufrechterhaltung von Stichprobentests auf der Grundlage der Produktrisiken und des Qualifikationsstatus der Lieferanten.
- Unterstützung und Aufrechterhaltung des globalen Qualitätssicherungssystems für strategisch beschaffte Produkte (SSP).
- Überprüfung und/oder Genehmigung von qualitätsbezogenen Dokumenten

(z. B. Abweichungen, Änderungen, Validierungen)

**Ihr Profil**
- Hochschulabschluss in Biowissenschaften (oder gleichwertige Qualifikation) mit starkem Interesse an der Wirtschaft.
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse der Anforderungen an das Qualitätsmanagement in der biowissenschaftlichen Industrie weltweit.
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse, andere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (intern und extern)
- Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit verschiedenen und funktionsübergreifenden Teams, intern und extern.
- Erfahrung in Analyselabors/analytischer Chemie und/oder in der Herstellung Reisebereitschaft

Erforderliches Niveau der Erfahrungen:

- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in einem multikulturellen Umfeld in der biowissenschaftlichen Industrie.
- Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und soziale Fähigkeiten.
- Verständnis für die Anforderungen der Kunden aus den Bereichen Futtermittel, Lebensmittel, Pharma und Kosmetik und Umsetzung in sinnvolle Maßnahmen.

Internationales multikulturelles Netzwerk. Das Team ist auf globale Standorte auf verschiedenen Kontinenten verteilt (z.B. Schweiz, China, USA). Die Position impliziert den Umgang mit verschiedenen internen Interessengruppen: Produktregulierungs
- und Qualitätsmanager, Category Management, Einkauf, Supply Chain Manager, Kundenbetreuungsteams und Kundenbetreuer, die analytische Abteilung und die Unterstützungsteams für die Produktfreigabe sowie unsere Lieferanten aus verschiedenen Branchen (Futtermittel, Lebensmittel, Pharmazeutika, Körperpflege und andere Industrien) aus der ganzen Welt. Die Produkte aus dem Portfolio von Virtual Site werden weltweit auf verschiedenen Märkten mit unterschiedlichen Vorschriften und Qualitätsanforderungen verkauft.
