About the job
- Sales Operations Intern is responsible from supporting various topics within the process from order to delivery our electric smart #1. The person will support minor projects under the department within his/her internship duration. The Job location is in Wallisellen.

Your Tasks:

- As an expert you know all the aftersales systems and the different processes and can support the whole network in Switzerland if they have questions about the business or operations, ideally in German, French and Italian.
- You will support in planning and realization of different events like trainings or other activities related to topics that affect our network and mean a change.
- You will assist in developing new processes and ensure the smooth running of transport claims with different stakeholders such as agent, insurance, smart EU and Finance.
- You support our customer engagement center, improve the quality by training the agents on the swiss market, additionally you are the first point of contact for questions from the agents.
- You coordinate escalation cases between the agent, customer engagement center and retail engagement center and smart EU
- You have the opportunity to be involved in sales, logistics and marketing projects across the organization and make an important contribution to the success of smart in Switzerland.

What you bring along:

- You are a student in the field of business, sales, economics, innovation and technology management or comparable.
- You are able to speak and write German or French and English fluently.
- You have a passion for electromobility and ideally automotive experience.
- You are a true team player, like to laugh and can focus on achieving targets at the same time.
- You like to build something from scratch and make your own decisions with a positive mindset
- You have a structured working mode and have no problems working in a complex project with changing priorities and tasks.
- You have a confident appearance and quick perception
- You are team-oriented & communicative working-style
