**Your field of responsibility**

Join us as an Operations Expert AMLD & Sanctions Disclosure in a dynamic and diverse environment. You will be responsible for disclosures in the context of anti-money laundering directives in investment products such as mutual funds and hedge funds; also responsible for disclosures in the context of sanctions regimes for sanctioned parties; and responsible for disclosures in the context of shareholder rights directives for in-scope investors.

More specifically the Operations Expert AMLD & Sanctions Disclosure duties include:

- Handles disclosure requests and follow up queries from external counterparties
- Fully owns cases and works independently
- Escalates non-standard disclosure cases to Legal and/or Compliance for guidance
- Checks disclosure requests against disclosure criteria (directives, etc.)
- Obtains required data from systems and/or internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Relationship Management, and others)
- Coordinates disclosures notifications with Relationship Managers where required
- Reports disclosure data to requestors (external counterparties and/or internal stakeholders)
- Replies to follow-up questions from requestors (external counterparties and/or internal stakeholders)
- Ensures an audit trail for each disclosure request is available
- Reports regularly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to management

**Your skills and experience**

- University degree or equivalent (e.g. banking apprenticeship with vocational baccalaureate followed by a bachelor degree or similar)
- Strong background in legal & compliance
- Knowledgeable in the mutual and hedge funds business and custody of securities
- A constructive approach to your work. Embracing an open feedback culture. Having excellent interpersonal skills combined with the drive to continually develop yourself and your working environment
- Strong change mindset - thinking out of the box
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Effective communication skills and experience working with global teams and external stakeholders
- Willingness to take ownership and being accountable for own actions/decisions
- Proven ability to communicate with all levels of Management in a clear and concise manner
- Very good knowledge of Market Best Practices and Regulations
- Fluent written and spoken English and German
