Eurovision Services (ES) is seeking a Presales Manager to join the Business Solutions team.
**ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT & THE UNIT**

Eurovision Services (ES) is the premier service provider of news, sports and cultural content for the world's top broadcast and media platforms.

The Eurovision Services Global Sales & Marketing Department role is to:

- Present, promote and sell Eurovision portfolio of services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads

The Presales team is the central point for processing sales opportunities and the bridge between sales team and operations teams. The Presales team is responsible together with the E&T team of building solutions architecture for events, both standard and major.

The Presales role is to capture client and service requirements. They provide a centre of technical expertise while designing solutions based on client demands and Eurovision’s technological expertise.
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION**

The Presales works with the Sales team and operations teams to drive sales opportunities and assist in meeting company’s targets. The Presales acts as an ambassador for Eurovision’s products, solutions and offers.
The Presales assists Sales in qualifying a customer and gathering its requirements. He/she designs solutions that answer customer’s need and are within Eurovision delivering structure. He/she prepares the offer documentation and factually and accurately presents the technical offer and answers all questions related to that solution.
The Presales assesses the costs related to each solution and participates in choosing the elements to include in it.
Once an opportunity is won, the Presales ensures proper handover to the PMO team to prepare them for the client engagement and implementation by sharing knowledge gained about customer’s needs, requirements and risk profile.
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Enhanced numerical and quantitative skills
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Very proficient with Excel and Strong team player
- Tech savvy
- Able to solve complex problems and build relevant technical solutions
- Proactive, with an analytic mindset
- Business mindset and financial awareness
- Demonstrated strong customer orientation and commercial skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Languages: Proficient written and spoken English and French. Other language a plus.
