Du bist der Dreh und Angelpunkt unserer Filiale in **Lausanne.** Du gibst jeden Tag dein Bestes, um unseren Kunden das ultimative Einkaufserlebnis zu bieten. Du bist dynamisch und ehrgeizig, mit deinem Optimismus zauberst du Kunden und Kollegen ein ansteckendes Lächeln ins Gesicht. Du arbeitest aktiv im Verkaufsteam mit und bist ein Vorbild für deine Mitarbeiter, die du motivierst und inspirierst. Der Store ist bei dir zu jeder Zeit in den besten Händen
Was du sonst noch mitbringst:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung vorzugsweise als Detailhandelsfachfrau/-mann EFZ.
- 2 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Führungskraft in einem kundenorientierten Arbeitsumfeld, wie beispielsweise Detailhandel, Hotel
- und Gaststättengewerbe, Tourismus oder Eventmanagement.
- Du denkst immer einen Schritt voraus und setzt gute Ideen in konkrete Zukunftspläne um.
- Du bist dynamisch und verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine starke Überzeugungskraft.
- Sehr gute mündliche Französischkenntnisse
