Geberit ist ein internationales Industrieunternehmen «mit Herz und Seele». Human Resources unterstützt die Mitarbeitenden auf vielfältige Weise, agiert als Sparringpartner der Führungskräfte und begleitet Veränderungsprozesse proaktiv. Dabei werden in einer immer flexibleren Arbeitswelt die Definition und Entwicklung von Skills immer wichtiger, um Mitarbeitende zukunftsorientiert optimal einsetzen zu können. Mit der Frage der optimalen Ausgestaltung eines Skills Management bei Geberit möchten wir uns im Rahmen einer Masterarbeit auseinandersetzen.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**:
Während 6 Monaten erarbeitest du deine Masterarbeit im Corporate HR Team. Dies beinhaltet insbesondere folgende Themen:

- Definition und Beschreibung eines Skills Management
- Herausarbeiten der Abgrenzung zu Kompetenzmanagement
- Aufzeigen eines mess
- und sichtbaren Mehrwerts durch die Einführung eines Skills Managements
- Ausarbeitung von Best Practices, was andere Firmen im Bereich Skills Management bereits machen
- Ableiten von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Einführung eines Skills Management bei Geberit

**DEIN PROFIL**:

- Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt HR
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Human Resources im Rahmen eines Praktikums wünschenswert
- Versierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
- Selbständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstark und Teamfähig
