Vous êtes étudiant(e) avec une spécialisation en Supply Chain ?

Appréciant le travail d’équipe, vous disposez d’un bon esprit de synthèse et vous êtes à l’aise avec la communication écrite ?

Proactif(ve), vous avez le goût de l’intrapreneuriat et de l’autonomie pour développer des processus existants et en créer de nouveaux ?

Vous avez une forte capacité d'analyse, maîtrisez Excel, et idéalement Power Bi ?

Vous parlez anglais couramment ?

**Qu’attendons-nous de vous ?**

Au sein de l’équipe Supply Chain, vous participez à la construction et à l’amélioration des processus d’une Supply Chain sur les segments des articles Indirects (Packaging, Accessoires Retail) de la Maison. En collaboration avec le Planificateur et la communauté en charge de ce segment (Visual Merchandising, Retail Experience, Store Planning & Editions), vous aidez à structurer l’activité en définissant les axes d’améliorations des flux existants et en établissant les bons indicateurs de pilotage afin d’accompagner la forte croissance de l’activité.

Vous participez à la formalisation des processus existants et les processus cibles en veillant à comprendre le modèle supply chain du fournisseur à la boutique. Vous avez pour mission de cartographier les différents flux afin d’établir une présentation globale du système dans un but pédagogique et de communication.

Vous participez à l’établissement de KPI sur le segment des produits Indirects en vous inspirant des best practices de la Supply Chain des produits finis.

Vous soutenez l’équipe dans l’élaboration d’un tableau de bord en paramétrant les différents KPI dans PowerBI. Vous préparez la communication et les documents de support pour déployer ces KPI.

Vous vous formez à la planification en cogérant, en étroite collaboration avec le Planificateur Indirect, une gamme de produit (édition, packaging, ): prévisions du besoin, recommandations de dimensionnement de stocks et de quantités à engager, préparation de supports décisionnaires pour les instances de validations et les départements impliqués.
