We are seeking a worker in Customer Service (m/w/d) 100% for a well-known company located in Werdenberg, Switzerland

Stellenbeschreibung

Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for day to day management of customer relationship (B2B)
- SAP Management from order entry to invoicing
- Communication with customers about delivery dates and shipments
- Coordination with the logistics and operations teams
- Outstanding customer service
- Achieving company goals measured by Key Performance Indicators
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Fluency in English and German is a must, any other language a plus
