As part of CorSo's Innovative Risk Solutions (IRS) team, the position holder will support the IRS EMEA in origination, structuring and execution of all types of non-standard solutions for corporate entities, reporting to the Head Innovative Risk Solutions EMEA. Innovative product offerings include structured re/insurance, parametric covers and many others.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Support the IRS EMEA team in origination, structuring and execution activities.
- Sell and market Innovative Risk Solutions together with sales to brokers and clients.
- Enable growth of Economic Profit by generating and cultivating a strong deal pipeline.
- Ensure that SRCS's IRS team is known in the market as a consistent and reliable partner for innovative risk and capital management solutions.
- Lead interdisciplinary deal teams.
- In collaboration with regional Customer and Distribution Management, the Underwriting Teams and the local CEOs, establish and meet plan objectives.
- In collaboration with all stakeholders ensure best practice underwriting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accounting, tax and legal requirements and adherence to Group Guidelines and Guidance in place - to mitigate reputational risk.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key internal parties and external clients, brokers risk and captive managers.

**About You**

Professional Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the EMEA risk transfer market or corresponding underwriting functions.
- Working experience in a multi-cultural and cross-functional environment.
- Preferably, practical experience with risk assessment, parametric and index-based solutions and/or ILS markets

Technical Skills
- Solid know-how of traditional and innovative re/insurance products and markets.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Profound analytical capabilities.

Leadership Skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and focus on execution, pronounced bias towards closing deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive complex solutions over the finishing line.
- Sound, strategic and consistent decision-making skills.
- Strong networking skills.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work well in a virtual team environment.

Other Comments
- Fluency in English required and good command of at least one other language
- University degree
