Our **1800+ digital enthusiasts** are creating the way brands are built, through providing expertise in Digital Transformation strategy, MarTech platforms, Creativity, UX, CRM, Data, Commerce, Mobile, Social Media, Intranet and CMS. We are part of the global Merkle brand, the largest brand within the dentsu group, who shares with us a network of over 66,000 passionate individuals in 146 countries.

This is a fixed-term role for one year.

**Job Description**:

- Support projects and initiatives of the team and clients
- Conduct research to support business needs
- Develop and maintain accurate project plans for client status updates
- Generate and track campaign reports and is responsible for QA, gather data analysis
- Proactively review and manage client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaigns
- Focus on day-to-day execution
- Utilise platforms to manage and update team / client programmes
- Work in a team-based, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Gain industry exposure

**Qualifications**:

- Understanding or educational background in Digital Marketing / Commerce / Omnichannel
- Industry knowledge: Luxury and Retail
- Language skills: English - must, Japanese - preferred
- Knowledge of Swiss market, Japanese market preferable
- Exposed to digital transformation
- Experience with Social Media Management, Marketing automation, Commerce tools and campaigns
