**Anforderungen**
- Technische Grundausbildung oder Ausbildung zum Lebensmitteltechnologen und Weiterbildung mit Vertiefung im Qualitätsmanagement
- 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement
- Erfahrung im Food Management von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse mit MS-Office
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Ziel
- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung mit Methoden und Instrumenten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (GSTD, 5 why's, Ishikawa, 8D Disziplinen, etc.)
- Exakte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Innovationsbereitschaft und hohe Sozialkompetenz

**Aufgabenbereich**
- Fachliche Unterstützung des Qualitätsteams in der Umsetzung. Kenntnisse bei Zertifizierungs
- und Akkreditierungs Audits (FSSC 22000; ISO 9001)
- Korrekturmassnahmen von Beanstandungen aus Reklamationen und Audits bearbeiten
- Verwaltung der Spezifikationen inkl. DoC's von Lieferanten und Kunden
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der CCP's und oPRP's
- Kenntnisse im HACCP Teams und Umsetzung aller damit verbundenen Aufgaben
- Fachliche Schulung aller Mitarbeiter bezüglich Qualität Standards
- Laborarbeiten mit dem Qualitätsteam
- Lenkung und Bearbeitung aller externen Mangelrügen erfassen
- Lieferantenbewertungen durchführen
- Weiterentwicklung des Hygienekonzepts HACCP
