Our Zurich site employs more than 100 people, covering areas including R&D and manufacturing. Currently, we are expanding our innovative and high-caliber manufacturing engineering team in Zurich and an exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and talented:
**What You'll Do**:

- Conduct quality-related activities to deliver consistent, high-quality documents, services, products and processes, which add value to the business.
- Ensure compliant documentation of received materials and manufactured products
- Provide compliant solutions to a variety of problems of minor scope and complexity.
- Interact constructively with employees, managers and cross-functional peers.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Conduct material and product release based on internal procedures and common standards such as Good Documentation Practice (GDP)
- Ensure compliance to site level policies and procedures by promptly reporting non-compliance issues to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance of device history records (DHR) to internal procedures and common standards such as Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and applicable regulatory requirements and standards.
- Maintain DHR storage according to internal and regulatory record retention requirements and standards.
- Receive general direction and assignments to own work detail.
- Contribute to continue improvement by providing feedback and potential solutions.

**Qualifications/Technical Skills**:

- At least 1 year of work experience in quality or related field experience.
- Understanding of technical processes and material handling in correlation to quality system relevant topics
- Comprehensive understanding of internal procedures
- Proficiency with personal computer and office software
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English and German)
- Ability to work in a team environment using effective interpersonal and negations skills
