**Your role, and what you’ll be doing...**
The Director Partner Development would be passionate about building industry sales motion with our top GSI partner and taking it to our joint customers. The role has two distinct functions. The Director would be responsible for identifying joint collaboration opportunities with our top GSI in EMEA focused on one or more industries. They would be responsible for creating a business plan focus on specific industry with a 3-year road map of going deep and wide. Creation of industry solutions along with the partner which would help tackle real business problems with phenomenal revenue potential for the partnership. The end objective is to be the number 1 partner in the data and analytics space for those specific industries. Sell - Lead the GTM motion along with partner for the identified and agreed industries. Build solution led selling motion in identified accounts and industries. Work with internal and partner sellers to drive deals and win. End objective would be to increase ACV/Revenue in the selected and focus industries.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Own the business and revenue for the identified industries. Build business plan and execute along with partner.
- Helping Accenture shape industry-specific offerings and\or repeatable solutions with support from our Solution Engineers around Tableau that will be accelerative in driving Data Culture and transformation at customers.
- Owning and managing the quota, pipeline and bookings
- of Accenture’s business for Tableau across your sales portfolio and building investment cases for incremental pipeline development programs as needed.
- Leveraging your existing network of relationships to build strong cross-company deal teams in support of our direct sales Enterprise organization.
- Managing the day-to-day engagement within relevant Accenture industry and account executives to help build GTM synergy and alignment.
- Be the single point of contact for Accenture around our Europe Vertical and Enterprise business - and consequently for our Sales executives across that landscape.
- Establish strong executive relationships with peers in Salesforce’s GSI team for synergy on account strategy and Big Bets.

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:
- 15 Years of Sales, Business Development or Partner Management experience
- 7 years of experience in FSI and or Healthcare/CMT consulting or services business
- Strong experience in creating industry based solutions and leading Go To Market Strategy.
- Skilled at influencing others, both externally and internally; ability to work effectively and build consensus across various functional groups to achieve goals.
- Ability to work as a peer to and advise Theater RVPs, Sale
