**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As a Night Audit, your main tasks will be:

- be responsible for the night shift in terms of security and customer relations
- be the main contact for customers, and resolve any complaints in a WOW way
- Draw up the daily financial report,
- Carry out day-to-day accounting: validate invoices, collect payments, close out the day's transactions, etc.
- Report to management on a daily basis on the progress of your shift,
- Provide assistance to departments that need it,
- check-in and check-out,
- providing a personalised welcome to customers at reception or on the telephone and taking care of them,
- you will be familiar with the services offered by the hotel, informing guests about them and inviting them to use them.

**PROFILE**
At least 2 years' experience in the same position in the luxury hotel sector
Outgoing, good interpersonal skills, adaptability, versatility and motivation.
Perfect command of French and English, an additional language is a plus
Proficiency in Opera software
A genuine interest in the worlds of taste, sound, the body, the scene and stance
You have great attention to detail and are passionate about delivering a memorable customer experience
