**Responsibilities**
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity
- Management and optimization of operations, procurement, inventory, IT, and warehouse
- Assurance of workplace safety and compliance
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, planning, and auditing
- Correspondence with external lawyers and accountants
- Ensure all legal documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
- At least 5 years of experience in a related position, with experience in tech company as a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field
- Consistent management and soft skills
