**Your tasks****:

- Directly reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing and functionally to the Division CFO, the Business Unit Controller Sales & Marketing will support the Head of Sales & Marketing and his management team in steering global activities aiming at the achievement of the divisional goals.
- The job owner will support the definition and implementation of the GF MS Sales & Marketing strategy, monitor the effectiveness of the strategic initiatives in order to propose and implement measures to correct course as needed.
- The BU Controller will closely work with the Heads of market regions / marketing communication / business development as well as the regional BU controllers and will lead projects and process improvement initiatives throughout the Division's global sales network.
- The BU Controller compiles, analyses and communicates key performance indicators and business metrics. He / She drives the improvement of the indicators, pinpoints areas of improvement and supports the definition and implementation of business improvement plans.
- He / She prepares reports and presentations for the department within the scope of responsibility.

**Your profile****:

- University degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
- Professional accounting or Finance qualification desirable (CFA, CPA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA, MBA)
- 10-year experience in strategic and operational Financial Management, ideally in sales, distribution and after-sales service environments for industrial corporations with worldwide exposure.
- Experience in pricing, advanced forecasting, project management, internal controls, risk management are audit processes are highly valued.
- Track record in working with senior management.
- Fluent English. Other languages will be an asset.
- Computer literate; good knowledge in top-tier ERP systems (preferably SAP); good knowledge of presentation tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-driven, proactive, resilient.
- Excellent communicator with exceptional analytical skills.
- Dependable, able to work under pressure and with mínimal supervision; result-driven and team-oriented.
- Very good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in multicultural environments.
- Strong leadership skills, relentlessly drives improvement.
