Tasks

In the role of Sourcing Coordinator, you will work in the specialist department of private label and will be responsible for sourcing projects in the varios food and non-food categories from the background, focusing on the following tasks:

- Monitoring the sourcing process by defining timelines
- Collecting and analyzing the required data
- Database Management
- Identifying new potential global suppliers and service providers
- Supporting in strategy meetings with group members, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the buyers in negotiations
- Finalizing buying contracts and supporting the group members with the introduction of new suppliers and new contract agreements

**Requirements**:

- successfully completed studies
- a completed appreticeship and first professional experience in logistic and purchasing
- experience in food and non-food is nice to have but not a must
- enjoy analyzing data and supporting the other teams
- high communicative skills and business fluent english knowledge, german or other languages are welcome
- good skills with MS Office and Excel
- analytical mind with a lot of attention to details
- teamplayer who can identify with a multicultural environment
