Group Consolidation

For an exclusive mandate, a successful industrial company with a wide variety of customers worldwide, we are looking for a Finance Professional with CPA Degree.

Tasks
- Manages monthly consolidation closings
- Responsible for the preparation of consolidated financial statements
- Preparation of the financial section of the externally published quarterly report, in coordination with the Corporate Communication / IR Department
- Maintenance of consolidation system and reporting packages
- Responsible for ICFR on Group level
- Preparation of quarterly and annual Group financial statements
- Acting as key contact for group external auditor
- Being a “competence center” regarding IFRS and Group Accounting guidelines
- Supporting Head of Finance & Accounting in special projects (e.g. M&A)

**Requirements**:

- Professional Degree in Accounting/Controlling
- CPA («eidg. dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer»)
- ca. 4 - 8 years working experience
- Good Consolidation Knowledge
- Very good IFRS Knowledge
- Fluent in English and German
- Structured work methodology
- Team player with good communicative skills
- Long term interests with career ambitions
