Vous répondez aux demandes entrantes des clients (paiements,

ordres de bourse et toutes autres transactions en étroite collaboration le HQ).
- Vous organisez les déplacements clients pour les RM.
- Vous assurez la préparation et la qualité des documents nécessaires à l'ouverture de comptes bancaires.
- Vous veillez au respect de toutes les politiques et réglementations internes et externes au sein de l'équipe.
- Vous possédez un diplôme en banque ou une formation équivalente, ainsi que plusieurs années d'expérience en tant qu'assistant de gestion (3 à 5 ans)
- Vous maîtrisez couramment l'anglais et le russe, et idéalement l'allemand ou le français.
- Vous travaillez de manière proactive, autonome.
- Votre approche est axée sur le service, vous avez une personnalité dynamique et une présentation professionnelle.
