**Product Marketing Manager Thermomix**:

- In this exciting position surrounded by a multicultural team, you will be part of our International Distribution Business (IDB). IDB is dealing with international, independent business partners that purchase products from Vorwerk and sell them, adhering to Vorwerk guidelines, in their respective markets.
- As part of the Marketing team you actively support the IDB strategy by growing the Thermomix business. The role consists in managing the current product portfolio, developing marketing activities and preparing new product launches from development until go-to market in more than 30 countries around the world.
- Job Responsibilities include:

- Coordinate and supervise the product readiness and launch for existing and new countries in close collaboration with Legal, Engineering, Operations, Product development and Master Data departments
- Actively support markets with advisor marketing & recruitment ideas, campaigns and assets to grow the business
- Onboard new Distributors on the brand (CI/CD) and product line
- Work closely with the Merchandising team to identify opportunities for the IDB markets including ownership of the full process, e.g. product identification, pricing, product listing and order
- Support during the preparation of promotional activities in close collaboration with Sales

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communication/Economics
- 5+ years in international Marketing functions
- Experience in consumer goods companies, with sales networks and/or franchises - experience in direct sales is of advantage
- Fluently in English both written and spoken, at least another additional language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to network
- Strong project management and organizational skills
