**INTRODUCTION**:
We are hiring an experienced PLC programmer, to complete our customer's team - key Swiss leader in electronic solutions - to be involved in the development of manufacturing equipment.

**DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION:
- Develop and/or modify software for PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems.
- Oversee the automation supplier: prepare functional analyses, monitor development progress, and approve the final implementation.
- Create and review all documentation related to equipment design and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with Industrialization, Manufacturing, and Purchasing departments.
- Provide assistance to operations during the production line ramp-up in multiple locations.
- Suggest and implement standards and best practices to enhance equipment development efficiency.

**PROFIL ATTENDU**:

- Master's degree Engineering
- Experience in the development and release of manufacturing equipment for mass production (in the field of Automotive or Electronics is a plus)
- Possess a wide technical culture encompassing mechanics, pneumatics, electronics, and networking.
- Strong expertise in products and development tools such as Beckhoff and Schneider.
- Familiarity with Human Machine Interface (HMI) development using Beckhoff and Wonderware.
- Knowledge of products and development tools related to robotics and Cobot technology is a desirable advantage.
- Familiarity with SCADA and SQL database is considered an asset.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with French being the day-to-day working language.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
