**Ihre Hauptaufgaben**:

- Technische Projektleitung von Kundenprojekten bei der Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Produkte sowie anschliessende Kundenbetreuung während des gesamten Product Life Cycle
- Erstellen von technischen Dokumenten und Berichten während des Entwicklungsprozesses
- Planung, Koordination, Auswertung und Dokumentation von Verifikationen, Analysen und Untersuchungen
- Durchführung von technischen Berechnungen und statistischen Auswertungen
- Erarbeitung von Root Cause Analysen bei Marktrückmeldungen und Erstellung von Analyseberichten
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Designspezifikation von Produkten auf dem Markt
- Definition und Koordination der notwendigen Optimierungen und Verbesserungsmassnahmen
- Organisation der Beschaffung von Komponenten und der Produktion von Prototypen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ingenieur/in FH/ETH/TU im Bereich Kunststofftechnik, Maschinenbau oder Mikrotechnik
- 2 - 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von anspruchsvollen technischen Projekten
- Industrieerfahrung und Know-how in der Medizintechnik und Spritzgusstechnologie
- Analytische, logische und vernetzte Denk
- und Handlungsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B1)
- CAD-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
