**About the job**:

- Unterstützung in der Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Bewältigung strategischer oder operativer Aufgaben
- Erarbeitung von fachlichen und technischen Konzepten sowie Erarbeiten der Umsetzungsplanung
- Übernahme inhaltlicher Verantwortung in einem Themenbereich in Projekten
- Führung von Projektteams
- Unterstützung in der Marktbearbeitung und interner Themenaufbau (Marktstudien, White Paper etc.)

**About you**:

- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement, Transformation, Systemeinführungen im Gesundheitswesen (z.B. KIS, Fachapplikationen etc.), im Spitalbereich
- Abschluss einer Universität / Technischen Hochschule oder Fachhochschule
- Ausgewiesene Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Erfahrung im Bereich Spitalprozesse
- IT-Affinität und digitales Mindset
- Stark ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
- Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Spass in Teams zu arbeiten
- Kommunikativ stark in Deutsch und Englisch
- Ausgebautes Netzwerk in Schweizer Spitäler
