Redstone Private Banking Search are working with a reputable Swiss Retail Bank with over ten branches across Switzerland that are looking for an Agency Director in Yverdon-les-bains

Key Responsibilities / Tasks
- Lead and support the growth of the branch in Yverdon-les-bains. Implement business development and marketing strategies to attract NTB retail & affluent clients
- Manage a team of client advisors and work alongside your Deputy to grow the team’s portfolio and regional presence.
- Use a benevolent management style to ensure the bank maintains its excellent working conditions and its positive team atmosphere. Support your team fully and provide constructive training where needed
- Warrant the team is compliant and complicit with regulatory guidelines
- Role reports into Group Director

Key Qualifications / Experience
- Front office leadership experience with a successful track record in hiring and profitability
- Excellent knowledge and professional experience within the retail or affluent banking sector with a strong understanding of the clients’ needs
- Expertise in mortgages, insurance, funds, pensions, inheritance law and taxation
- An entrepreneurial and positive minded individual who motivates those around them
- Holds the relevant banking training certifications i.e. CFC, HES, Federal Certificate of Financial Advisor) or equivalent
- Bilingual in French and German / Swiss German. English is a plus.
